Kiran Loewenstein is a summer intern at the Sacajawea Interpretive, Cultural, and Educational Center. She is from Oshkosh, Wisconsin and studies at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. A rising senior, she is a History and Religious Studies major with a concentration in Studies in Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. In her free time, Kiran enjoys hiking, playing frisbee, running, and reading. She is excited to be in Salmon, Idaho and to learn more about history and interpretation this summer!
